MIA–is a transformational, talents and skills calabash institution that established to unleash the raw talents that get wasted in various provinces in situations like alcohol, drugs and other nasty activities. MIA- was founded by Mr Rudolf Isaac Monyela, popularly known as ‘Prof’ to his fans, supporters and business associates. As he is a multi- talented person, he found it necessary to form this institution. He had various names especially in soccer field, his name Rudolf was given from ‘Rudolph Gardner Seale’ he was also given Helman Mkhelele and Shakes Kungwane and William ‘Cool Cat’ Shongwe. His dearest friend Thomas ‘Motocks’ Nkuna introduced him to the poetry of Mzwakhe Israel ‘The Peoples Poet’ Mbuli in August 1994. It was where he developed the inspiration to love poetry and reading. As leadership and talents identification is in the veins of Prof, it was a dire need for him to establish this kind of institution.

On leadership, there is no any institution where Prof participated and not approached to be offered position of leadership from Church,2 primary schools he attended, 2 high schools he attended, 2 Universities he attended and other community organisations and Businesses. When Mr Monyela started to practise his poetry skills at Madie High school and most profoundly at Westfalia farm where he worked for a period of 8 months from Nov 1999 till the end of June 2000. He performed his first poetry piece on 27 April 2000 on Freedom Day titled (WE ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS) it was a piece that broke the race tension between black people and white people at Westfalia Farm. He arrived at University of Venda by 2001, then established Poetry Club and same year he got 1.

Leadership Award, Participatory merit Award from -Zion Christian Student Organisation (ZCSO)and The 7th Annual Arts Festival Award from Faculty of Human Sciences at Univen on September Heritage Event. He conducted careers research in various schools to ascertain where it was true that learners in Gauteng are better than other provinces as there was that notion. In his finding it was proved that it was just myth, Gauteng has upper advantage of infrastructure, facilities, like community hall, libraries, multipurpose centres, laboratories and state of art schools but not better and quality learners as suggested.
